At the age of 8, I came to southern Germany from Poland – with only two German words in my vocabulary and a heart full of curiosity.
For a long time, I just wanted to fit in, to be like everyone else. But my path took me further – to France, where I was able to teach German at two schools for a year. This experience opened my eyes: diversity is not an obstacle, but an incredible enrichment.
During my studies in France and England, I felt more and more clearly that every person has something unique to offer. And that is precisely where our true strength lies. This realisation sparked my passion for leadership and diversity.
I have been leading marketing teams for over 20 years and every day I experience at new how valuable it is when people are allowed to show who they really are. Authenticity is not just a buzzword – it is a source of trust, creativity and genuine connection.
Today I know that my own authenticity is one of my greatest strengths, and it fulfils me to simply be myself.
My heart beats for people. For their personal growth, for leadership that inspires and empowers – and for marketing and communication that creates genuine connections and enriches everyday life.
